With eTech Rental’s full-service iPad solution, our tech team installed all iPads with apps before delivery. In this case, both square and OnArrival by Cvent were installed. As with all film festivals, LALIFF needed the rentals for a short period. To avoid the iPads becoming a burden for LALIFF, eTech’s team picked them up seamlessly.
With this specific iPad’s setup, guests were able to self-check in and register with the click of a button, creating short lines that were easy to navigate and allowing more time for staff to focus on the event itself.
A Los Angeles consulate hosted an evening event for over 400 guests at a private residence. With large-scale events, the need to stay connected is amplified. Therefore, the consulate wanted to ensure that attendees could use their mobile devices throughout the event while maintaining a sophisticated look.
Each of the eTech Rentals Charging tables comes with 12 connections. For this event, eight tables were rented, enabling 96 devices to charge at once.
The consulate needed the equipment to arrive on time and be ready 2 hours before the live event. The Charging tables were delivered, and all 96 charging connections were tested on-site once plugged into their power source.
